Wholesale and Distributor Compensation
Access Data will work with your Chief Financial Officer to establish and track compensation plans for internal sales people, as well as firms that distribute your mutual funds. On an ongoing basis, Access Data will calculate, track and report compensation payments that are owed to your internal sales staff based on the specific compensation plans established by your firm. We will also establish compensation plans for your distributors and reconcile the invoices received from the distributor with the calculation results generated by SalesVision.
The following is a list of what Access Data can do to enhance your compensation tracking and reposting:
- Define and develop compensation rules for sales that drive intended behavior and results.
- Define unique compensation plans for your sales people.
- Define unique compensation plans for distributors of your products.
- Monitor compensation results for distributors and reconcile the payments to invoices received directly from distributor to identify discrepancies
- Provide updates regarding the compensation amounts owed and paid to date.
- Provide ongoing development and support for the creation of specific detailed compensation queries.
- Create, maintain and update groups of reports for the CFO, Head of Sales, management, Board and others involved in the compensation reviews.
