CRM Integration
SalesVision can easily be integrated with most CRM systems to provide your firm with a total view of client activities and sales results. If your firm does not have a CRM system, Access Data can provide SalesVision integrated with Salesforce.com. If your firm has an existing CRM system, Access Data will integrate SalesVision with your existing CRM.
SalesVision enhances CRM systems with two core components.
Integration Manager links detailed sales information with client contact information by:
- Capturing recent changes in the SalesVision system
- Creating, updating, deleting and merging records
- Providing permission for data integration
- Providing user alert messages
- Providing audit trail for data integration
Sales Data Export Manager is utilized to add sales and asset information to your CRM system. The following data is linked to your CRM system:
- Sales data by firm, office, rep, account and product
- MTD and YTD gross and net sales
- Current and historical assets
- Detailed transactions
